1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinManager AI ("Atlas"), including the web dashboard, Discord bot, and MCP tool integrations, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Atlas provides market data visualization, options analysis, strategy management, AI-powered insights, and scheduled AI workflows for educational and informational purposes. The service includes:

• Stock and options data retrieval and charting
• Strategy creation, editing, and sharing
• Workflow creation: scheduled AI helpers that read the tools you select, reason over the data, and — when their preconfigured trigger conditions are met — register a trade against the broker account you selected
• AI-assisted market analysis via Discord bot and MCP tools
• Read-only brokerage account viewing (via SnapTrade)
• Trade placement and trigger registration via SnapTrade, only when explicitly authorized by you or by a workflow you activated

• We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
• AI-generated analysis may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information.
• Past performance shown in any analysis does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any resulting losses, including any trades placed by a workflow you activated.
• Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

5. Workflows and Authorized Trading

Workflows are AI-driven helpers that you configure and activate. By activating a workflow you authorize Atlas to run it on the schedule you specified, against the broker account you selected, and to register trade triggers (and the broker orders that fire from those triggers) within the rule shape you defined. The following always applies:

• A workflow only acts on the symbols and trigger fields you allow in its configuration.
• You can pause or delete any workflow at any time from the dashboard, immediately stopping any further runs.
• Imported workflows are paused with no broker account selected; they cannot run until you explicitly point them at one of your own brokers and switch them to active.
• You are responsible for keeping your broker connection healthy. We are not liable for orders that fail to place, fail to cancel, or partially fill due to broker outages, market hours, or rejected orders.
• You are responsible for the trades a workflow you activated places on your account. Atlas surfaces every run in your dashboard and (optionally) via Discord notifications so you can audit activity.

6. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and your Personal Access Key.
• You may not share your account or subscription with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free tier includes limited monthly requests. Paid plans provide higher limits.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly.
• You may cancel at any time through the dashboard billing portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of strategies, workflows, journal entries, and files you create.
• By setting a strategy or workflow to public, you grant other users a license to import and use a copy of it. Imported copies are independent — your edits to the source do not propagate unless you explicitly publish an update and the importer accepts it.
• Journal entries are always private and never shared, even when strategies are imported.
• Run history (the AI's reasoning and any triggers fired) is always private to the workflow's owner — publishing a workflow does not expose your run history.
• You are responsible for ensuring your shared content does not violate laws or rights.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

9. Brokerage Integration

• Brokerage connections route through SnapTrade's secure infrastructure. We do not store brokerage credentials, account numbers, or financial data on our servers.
• Read access (holdings, balances, transactions) is enabled by default. Trade placement is only enabled for brokers and accounts you explicitly authorize for trading at the broker level.
• FinManager AI assumes no liability for brokerage account activity, broker rejections, partial fills, slippage, or unauthorized access at the broker.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• FinManager AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages, including those resulting from a workflow you activated.
• We are not liable for data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or AI errors.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service or API.
• Using the service for illegal activities including market manipulation.
• Sharing strategies or workflows that contain misleading or fraudulent information, or that target accounts you do not own.
• Exceeding rate limits or circumventing subscription restrictions.
• Automated scraping or bulk data extraction beyond normal API usage.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
